Thank you for your support!

As we wrap up the school year, I want to thank you for your support, encouragement, and partnership throughout the year.
This has been a year of meaningful work and difficult changes, including new elementary school boundaries, transferring teachers and support staff, and difficult budget reductions. Through it all, our schools have stayed focused on what matters most: helping students learn and develop, and working to ensure each student feels safe, connected, and cared for.
We’re also grateful for the support of our community in passing the supplemental levy. This support helps protect important programs and positions for students, including full-day kindergarten, GATE, PE and music, student well-being programs, career technical opportunities, extracurricular activities, and other important student supports.
Most of all, the levy reflects our community’s belief in our schools and in the great work happening every day in classrooms across D93.
As we head into summer, I’m proud to share that more than 95% of students who responded to our student engagement survey reported having a positive connection with an adult at school. That says so much about our teachers, staff, students, and families working together.
Thanks for being part of D93. I hope your family has a wonderful, relaxing summer.

2026-2027 School Schedule

New School Year, New Schedule

With the opening of a new school and updated attendance boundaries, the district has worked carefully to design a schedule that supports safe, efficient transportation and consistent school routines for students and families.
The updated schedule streamlines elementary start times into three groups, replacing a wider range of start times currently in place. This adjustment allows for improved bus routing and provides drivers with additional time between routes, helping ensure students arrive safely and on time despite increased traffic and growing enrollment.
Under the new schedule:
  • Elementary schools will begin with a 7:20 a.m. drop-off / 7:40 a.m. start time for the earliest group
  • Other elementary schools will follow in later groups throughout the morning
  • Secondary schools will see slightly adjusted end times, with most schools finishing around 4:00 p.m.
These changes were developed through collaboration with school leaders and transportation staff, with careful consideration given to instructional time requirements, traffic patterns, and the complexity of running multiple bus routes each day.
While adjustments like these can take time for families to adapt to, the goal remains clear: providing a safe, reliable, and efficient schedule that supports student learning across D93.
The full district schedule is included below for your reference.

ParentSquare - Save Your School Year Memories Before June 30th

Dear District 93 Families,
As we wrap up a wonderful school year, we want to give you a heads-up about an important change coming to ParentSquare.

On June 30th, our district will complete its annual rollover to the 2026–2027 school year. At that time, all current classes and groups will be archived, meaning they will no longer appear on your home screen, and parent access to posts, photos, and files from this year will no longer be available.
Before June 30th, we encourage you to save any photos or files that are meaningful to you, including classroom project photos, team highlights, event galleries, and anything else you’d like to keep.
📸 How to Save Photos
On the Web (parentsquare.com):
  1. Log in and navigate to the post containing the photo.
  2. Click the image to enlarge it.
  3. Right-click and select "Save Image As..." or click the download icon if one appears.
On the Mobile App:
  1. Open the app and find the post.
  2. Tap the photo to open it in full view.
  3. Tap the Download/Share icon (an arrow or three dots, depending on your device) and select "Save Image."
🗓️ What to Expect After June 30th
Once rollover is complete and schedules are finalized, your new 2026–2027 classes and teachers will automatically appear in your ParentSquare account at the very end of summer as students are enrolled and scheduled.
We hope you and your family have a safe and restful summer. Thank you for being such an engaged part of our school community!

EIRMC Health Minute

Understanding Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Care

Intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) offer structured mental health support while allowing individuals to continue their daily routines at home, work, or school. These programs can be a valuable option for those who need more support than traditional therapy but do not require inpatient care.
